What Is the Breathwork Hour?
The Breathwork Hour is a live, one-hour session where you’ll learn and experience different breathwork tools each month. These tools are simple, effective, and proven to help regulate your nervous system, reset your focus, and expand your capacity, even in the middle of a busy day.
It’s a chance to step out of your routine, connect with others, and walk away with techniques you can use immediately.

Each month, you’ll leave with at least one new tool you can use anytime, anywhere.
