LEADERSHIP COACHING FOR YOUR PEOPLE
Develop the Leaders Your Firm Is Counting On
Your people have earned greater responsibility. Coaching gives them space to develop how they carry it. Across six months of individual coaching, Prasada works with your leaders on the decisions, relationships, and pressures they already face.

WHEN RESPONSIBILITY GROWS
You can see their potential. The transition takes practice.
The technical expertise that earns someone a promotion is only part of what their next role requires. Leading people, exercising judgment, and carrying broader responsibility call for a different kind of development.
Client work and deadlines continue while those capabilities develop. Coaching helps leaders notice what pressure activates in them and practice a more deliberate response in the moments their teams experience.
Are you seeing this in your firm?
- Strong technical performers are taking on people and practice responsibilities they’ve had little opportunity to prepare for.
- Work keeps flowing back to the same capable people, leaving less room for their teams to grow and for them to lead.
- Client demands, deadlines, and expectations from senior leaders leave little space to step back and choose a different response.
- Delegation, feedback, and difficult conversations become harder when the pressure rises.
- You are preparing people for the firm’s next stage and want development that carries into everyday work.
A capable leader delegates the work.
Then a client deadline tightens, and they take it back.
The pressure is real. So is its effect on the team.
Coaching explores what happens inside the leader at that moment, then helps them test a small change that supports clearer ownership, trust, and accountability.
The Centerline Method
More choice for the leader. A difference the team can experience.
The Centerline Method connects a leader’s experience of pressure with how they respond to others. Through real situations, the leader notices familiar patterns, finds direction, tries something small, and learns. Steadiness supports the cycle throughout the coaching.
Steady
Become sufficiently present to see clearly and respond intentionally, even while discomfort remains.
Notice
Recognize the pressure around you, the tension it activates inside you, and the response that tends to follow.
Orient
Find a personally meaningful Principle: a guide for how you want to lead that opens up possible responses.
Practice
Try a small experiment at the moment you notice the internal tension beginning.
Integrate
Learn from what happened. Refine your experiment, your Principle, or both.
A Principle becomes useful through practice.
You develop it from situations that matter to you, test it in practice, and adjust it as you learn. Over time, you build a clearer sense of what you want to lead from when the answer is uncertain.
SIX MONTHS · THIRTEEN INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
A clear structure. Grounded in the working week.
Thirteen individual coaching sessions across six months give the work continuity. Four phases provide direction, with pace and focus shaped by the participant’s experience.
Practice begins early, and current leadership challenges can shape any session.
01
See What Is Actually Happening
Recognize the connection between external pressure, internal tension, and habitual responses. Begin with small experiments in noticing and creating space.
02
Establish a Leadership Compass
Explore what you want to lead from. Develop initial Principles and test how they help you respond when familiar reactions pull strongly.
03
Lead Through the Method
Apply the full cycle to decisions, relationships, delegation, conflict, and uncertainty. Use what each experiment reveals to refine your approach.
04
Integrate and Continue
Recognize what is changing, consolidate useful practices and Principles, and identify the next area of leadership development.
Development That Carries Into Work
Between sessions, short worksheets through our online coaching platform support reflection, alongside small experiments in the working day.
By the end of six months, the aim is for the participant to recognize pressure patterns sooner, make decisions with greater trust in their judgment, and carry tested leadership Principles and practices into new challenges. Depending on the agreed goals, progress might show up in clearer delegation, more deliberate responses in difficult conversations, or greater ownership of decisions.
WORKING WITH YOUR FIRM
Clear goals. Thoughtful involvement. Room for honest work.
Before coaching begins, we discuss what the leader is stepping into, what the firm hopes to support, and what useful progress could look like. We agree on how the firm will participate in the engagement.
Goals that connect
We clarify development goals with the participant and sponsoring firm, connecting the leader’s growth with the responsibilities they carry. Those goals give the work direction while leaving room for what emerges in practice.
Involvement that fits
Explore what you want to lead from. Develop initial Principles and test how they help you respond when familiar reactions pull strongly.
Confidentiality made clear
Coaching provides a confidential space for honest reflection. Before work begins, the participant, firm, and coach agree on the boundaries of confidentiality and what information may be shared.
Private coaching conversations and worksheets are not routine updates to the firm. Sponsor conversations focus on agreed development goals, observations, and support, within those agreed boundaries.
Support beyond the session
The firm can help create time and opportunity for the leader to practice. Coaching works with the participant’s responses while recognizing that workload, expectations, and organizational decisions also shape their experience.
