I help catalyze the power of change.

In 2nd grade, I announced I'd be an architect, never imagining the zig-zagging journey ahead or emerging with a deep commitment to catalyzing the power of change as the energy for connection, innovation, and growth.

I’ve always admired people with "mashup" professional lives: an MD who became an architect, a chemist who transformed into a key business consultant. They see what others miss, stand out with fresh perspectives, and thrive on the energy of transformation. Inspired by their paths, I began to forge my own.

I started as a licensed architect and then became an exhibit designer. I honed my strategic planning and design thinking skills, helping organizations envision expansion, transformation, and growth.

Motherhood brought new expectations and pressures, prompting me to seek tools to navigate uncertainty. Yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and resilience became my way of life. When the economy turned in 2008, I had the clarity and readiness to pivot.

Prasada was born in 2009 to empower others with strategies that transformed my life. Combining architecture, exhibit design, positive psychology, and leadership development, Prasada offers science-based approaches that go beyond traditional corporate wellness. We teach personal and organizational wholebeing—where emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being thrive. And most importantly, we guide people to master the art of change.

At Prasada, we address today's challenges, from rapid change to fostering connection in hybrid environments. Our programs cultivate resilience, collaboration, and innovation, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.

As Marty Seligman and Gabriella Rosen Kellerman state in Tomorrowmind: "Change is coming faster every day. How will you respond?" At Prasada, we help people and teams embrace change, transforming workplaces into life-giving environments where innovation and success flourish.

In 2023, I co-founded The Infinite Center to expand our reach. We offer retreats and programs focused on self-discovery, breathwork, the enneagram, and personal growth.

Outside of work, I'm an avid reader and hiker who loves connecting people to live and work better together.
